Aims: We support and inform people who take/use benzodiazepine tranquilisers/ sleeping pills and drugs with similar effects, through groups, drop-ins, telephone helpline, one-to-ones. We have 2 client groups; those who take bzs on prescription, and those who use them in combination with ilicit substances/ problem drinking. We provide accredited and other training and presentations for professionals, users, and carers.
