Aims: Exclusively designed for small sided versions of mainstream ball sports, Action Indoor Sports are played in netted Action Courts.

Small teams play at a very fast pace and the games are designed so that anyone from 7 to 70 years old can play.

You don't have to be hyper fit - regular substitutions are a feature of Action Indoor Sports - where some teams revolve their members so that they only play for short periods at a time. So whether you want to play with a group of mates or want to have some league Action, you are guaranteed to have fun and get healthy at the same time.

Action Indoor Sports combine fun, fitness and competition and its simplicity allows people of all ages to play - men and women, young and old, experts, and novices, mixed teams and local communities.

Our unique grading system means that teams of different abilities can compete against each other, and have great fun! And what's more...everyone can win!
