Aims: The Advisory Centre for Education (ACE) is an independent national advice centre for parents. We were founded in 1960 by Michael Young, Lord Young of Dartington, and are a registered charity. We work for an education system which supports all children, and promotes the active involvement of parents in their children’s education. We aim to provide the information, support and high quality legal advice that parents need to help their children at school particularly when there are problems.
