Aims: The DRC (Disability Rights Commission)Helpline is here to give advice and information about the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995. If you think your employer (or someone you applied to for a job), a service provider (like a shop or cafe) or a school or college has treated you unfairly because of your disability, you can contact the DRC Helpline to discuss this. We will be able to tell you what you may be able to do about this. We can also send you a range of DRC publications, including self-help packs, and give you information about other organisations who may be able to help you with your issue.
